time are one of a kind! Once they are marked **Sold**
they are gone and not available to re-order. All items
come from a smoke free home-but lots of furry friends!
=) i try very hard to remove aLL pet hair with a lint
brush before sending out your item but man sometime
those little buggers get in there
anyway!
Purchasing
How to purchase your Funky
Frocks items: We like to keep it personal so if
you are interested in purchasing any item(s) please fill
out the Contact Form below. Please include your email
address so we can verify your purchase and a short description of the item(s)
you wish to purchase. We accept PayPal and Money Orders
as payment. We are not set up to accept payments
directly through the site so it is *most important* to
wait until we
contact you with your total
and payment information. Please read over the Returns
and Exchanges carefully before ordering. We ship our
products with 48 hours upon receipt of payment. If there
are extenuating circumstances that prevent us from
shipping out in that time frame we will contact you
immediately. All items(except jewelry) are shipped USPS
priority mail unless requested otherwise.
Returns and Exchanges.
We at Funky Frocks try our
darndest to provide the most accurate and detailed
description of all of our products as possible. We are
however only human and do, on occasion, make mistakes.
If there is a mistake on our
part we will accept a return for an exchange if
possible. If an exchange isn’t possible then a store
credit will be issued. Store credits never
expire and are good for any other merchandise purchases.
We do not offer cash/credit refunds unless there is something
wrong with the item that cannot be fixed or
replaced with another item. So please check sizing very
carefully before
purchasing.
If you need to
make an exchange or return it is very important to
contact us first
through email before you
send the item(s) back to receive instructions. Please do not send
anything back until you hear back from us. We
will contact you within 24 hours during the business
week to give you instructions on how to return your
item. Shipping charges are not refunded and are the
buyers’ sole responsibility. The item must be returned
within 7 days.
Please note that
alterations made to any item
cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for store
credit.
We know it can
be difficult to buy over the internet so please do not
hesitate to contact us with any questions you might have
before purchasing. If you are interested in a
one-of-a-kind item but still have questions about
sizing/color (anything!) you will be put on a first come
first served priority. You will then have 24 hours
to contact us about purchasing after we
have answered your question(s). If we do not hear back
from you within that time the item(s) you requested will
be offered to the next customer in line.
Holdsif you would like to have an
item put on hold, there is a "hold" charge of 10% of the
total cost of the item. if you change you mind that is a
non refundable charge. The hold fee does however go
toward to purchase price. this fee in
non-negotiable.
Privacy.
Here at Funky
Frocks we respect your privacy and will therefore never
give away, loan, sell, or give in any other way,
personal information given to us when buying our
products or from joining our mailing list.
Mailing List: If you wish to be added to
the mailing list please fill out the form below and add
"mailing list" to the comments section. Mailing list
customers are the first to be notified of any new items
=)
